Terms and conditions

1. General

By registering for the Miss, Lady & Mrs India Astral 2026 pageant, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Astral Pageants reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Registered participants will be notified of any changes.

These terms apply to all editions of the pageant including Miss India Astral, Lady India Astral, Mrs India Astral, Elite Mrs India Astral and Super Elite Mrs India Astral.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Participation is open to Indian nationals and Indian citizens residing abroad. Candidates must fall within the age and category requirements as listed below:

Astral Pageants reserves the right to verify the age and eligibility of all applicants. Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

3. Registration

Registration for Miss, Lady & Mrs India Astral 2026 is free of charge for a limited period as specified during the promotional offer window.

• Registration does not guarantee selection or participation in the National Finale.
• A valid email address and phone number must be provided at the time of registration.
• Candidates may register for one category only.
• Astral Pageants reserves the right to close registrations at any time without prior notice.

4. Audition Process

The audition process is conducted entirely online. Candidates are required to submit the following within 24 hours of receiving the audition instructions:

• A 1-minute introduction video recorded in landscape (horizontal) format in any language.
• A simple walk video — no professional ramp training is required.

Videos must be submitted via WhatsApp to +91 98867 61457 or by email to astralpageants@gmail.com with the subject line: Audition Submission — [Full Name] — [Category].

Audition videos are reviewed by a panel of judges appointed by Astral Pageants. The decision of the judges is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained regarding audition results.

Note: Submitting an audition video does not guarantee selection for the National Finale.

5. Selection & Confirmation

Shortlisted candidates will receive a selection confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

• Upon receiving selection confirmation, candidates must confirm their participation within 24 hours.
• Failure to confirm within the stipulated time may result in the spot being offered to another candidate.
• Confirmation is only deemed complete upon receipt of the required payment as per the fee structure below.

6. National Finale Fee & Payment Terms

Registration is free. The National Finale participation fee is as follows:

National Finale Fee: ₹60,000 (Inclusive of GST)

Original Fee: ₹1,20,000 | Limited Time Offer: 50% OFF

Payment Options:

• Option 1 — Full Payment: Pay ₹60,000 in full to confirm and secure your spot immediately.
• Option 2 — Split Payment: Pay ₹30,000 within 24 hours of confirmation to book your slot. The remaining ₹30,000 must be paid by 30th July 2026.
• Option 3 — EMI: Easy monthly instalment plans are available. Please contact the Astral Pageants team for details.

The discounted fee of ₹60,000 is a limited-period offer. Astral Pageants reserves the right to revise the fee upon expiry of the offer period. Fees are payable to Astral Pageants via bank transfer, UPI or other methods communicated at the time of selection.

Note: Your slot is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Mere confirmation of intent does not guarantee a reserved spot.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees paid to Astral Pageants are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary withdrawal from the pageant after payment has been made.
• Disqualification due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to attend the National Finale without prior written notice.

In the unlikely event that Astral Pageants cancels the National Finale due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, fees paid will be credited toward a future edition of the pageant. No cash refunds will be issued in such cases.

Candidates who withdraw at least 30 days prior to the National Finale may apply for a partial credit at the sole discretion of Astral Pageants management.

8. Grooming & Training Sessions

Selected candidates will receive online grooming sessions through August 2026 at no additional charge. These sessions cover:

• Ramp walk and stage presence
• Personality and confidence development
• Communication and public speaking
• Interview preparation
• Overall pageant grooming

Attendance at grooming sessions is strongly encouraged. Astral Pageants is not responsible for any disadvantage resulting from a participant’s non-attendance at grooming sessions.

9. National Finale — Inclusions & Exclusions

Included in the National Finale Fee:

• 3-day accommodation during the National Finale
• All meals during the event
• Professional grooming and rehearsal sessions at the venue
• Grand Finale professional makeup, hairstyling and draping support
• Selected costumes for specific rounds as communicated by Astral Pageants
• Crown, sash and certificate
• National title opportunity
• Media visibility and stage exposure

Not Included:

• Travel to and from Bengaluru
• Personal costumes for rounds not covered by Astral Pageants (costume guidelines will be shared in advance)
• Personal makeup and styling on Days 1 and 2 of the event (professional support is provided only on Grand Finale Day)
• Any personal expenses incurred outside the event programme

10. Crowns, Sashes & Titles

Astral Pageants is committed to ensuring that every participant who reaches the National Finale is recognised and celebrated. Every participant who competes at the National Finale will receive a crown, sash or subtitle title. No participant leaves the Astral stage empty-handed.

National title winners and subtitle crown recipients are selected at the sole discretion of the judging panel. The decisions of the judges are final and binding. No disputes or correspondence regarding results will be entertained.

11. International Representation

Winners and selected title holders may be offered the opportunity to represent India at international pageants, including but not limited to events in Thailand, Philippines, France, Netherlands and Vietnam.

International representation is subject to separate terms, fees and conditions as applicable to each international pageant. Astral Pageants does not bear responsibility for costs associated with international participation unless expressly stated in writing.

Our Founder Director Pratibha Saunshimath serves as National Director for 6 international pageants. Recommendations for international representation are made at her sole discretion.

12. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, respect and professionalism throughout the pageant journey — during online sessions, at the National Finale venue and across all social media platforms.

Astral Pageants reserves the right to disqualify any participant without refund for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive or damaging to the reputation of the organisation, other participants, judges, sponsors or team members.

Participants must not publicly disparage Astral Pageants, its team, judges, sponsors or fellow contestants on any platform, including but not limited to social media, at any time during or after the pageant.

13. Media, Photography & Content Rights

By participating in Astral Pageants, candidates grant Astral Pageants the irrevocable right to use their photographs, videos, name, likeness and statements for promotional, marketing and media purposes across all platforms, without compensation.

This includes but is not limited to social media posts, website content, press releases, video reels, event promotions and sponsorship materials.

Participants may share their own content from the pageant on personal social media platforms and are encouraged to tag Astral Pageants officially. However, participants must not use Astral Pageants’ official media content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Astral Pageants collects personal information including name, age, contact details and audition materials solely for the purpose of administering the pageant. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for judging, grooming, event management or sponsor obligations.

By registering, candidates consent to receiving communications from Astral Pageants via WhatsApp, email and phone regarding their application and the pageant.

15. Health & Fitness

Participants confirm that they are in good physical and mental health and are fit to participate in all rounds of the pageant, including ramp walks, choreography and stage performances.

Astral Pageants is not liable for any injury, illness or health issue arising during grooming sessions, rehearsals or the National Finale event itself. Participants are advised to carry any personal medication they may require.

16. Limitation of Liability

Astral Pageants shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience incurred by participants in connection with the pageant, including but not limited to travel delays, accommodation issues, personal loss or injury.

In the event of circumstances beyond Astral Pageants’ control — including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders or venue unavailability — the organisation reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or modify the event format without liability.

17. Amendments to Terms

Astral Pageants reserves the right to modify, update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email and/or WhatsApp. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration for Miss, Lady & Mrs India Astral 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
